Colin Gray is the father of a 14-year-old boy, Colt Gray, who was the suspected shooter in the Apalachee High School tragic attack. His son left four people dead and nine others wounded. According to the investigation, the weapon (rifle) used for the attack was purchased by Colin Gray as a Christmas present to his son. So he was arrested in connection with the shooting. After the arrest, Colin was held at the Barrow County Detention Center for investigating his role in allowing his son to access firearms. Then he was charged by GBI with four counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of second-degree murder, and eight counts of cruelty to children. He was also accused by her wife of being verbally abusive towards his family for years.
