Subedaar is an action thriller film directed and co-produced by Suresh Triveni. Vikram Malhotra and Anil Kapoor are backing this flick under the An Opening Image Film and Anil Kapoor Film & Communication Network productions banner. The streaming giant dropped the first look teaser on December 24, 2024, to mark the occasion of Anil Kapoor’s 68th birthday. The one-minute and 47-second video shows the protagonist wearing a white shirt, formal pants, and slippers in a dark room. Unknown assailants try to barge in to attack him, however, the protagonist sits on a wooden chair in front of the door and pulls out a gun. As the camera pans out the voice says Fauji Taiyar, (The Solider is Ready). This action-packed thriller film is gearing up for its OTT release.
Story
The story revolves around a veteran Subedaar Arjun Maurya who faces the difficulties of being a civilian. He struggles to have a good relationship with his grown daughter while facing injustices committed in society. As that injustice came for his family he once again became a soldier to battle against their enemies.
