Shantanu Deshpande is the founder and CEO of the men’s grooming enterprise Bombay Shaving Company. He began his career in 2013 as a junior associate at McKinsey & Co., and a year later he became an Associate and in October 2014 he was promoted to Engagement Manager. He quit his job in 2015 and started his own company in 2016.
