Pushpa 2 The Rule is a most awaited action entertainer starring Stylish Star Allu Arjun and gorgeous Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles. Directed by Sukumar Bandreddi, the production is done under the Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media.

The film is made with a budget of 500 crore rupees, making it one of the most expensive Indian films to date. The shooting was done in different locations based on scenes. Initial photography began in Hydebrad, and the action sequences were shot in Visakhapatnam; the forest sequences were shot in the Malkangiri district of Odisha. From August 2023, the filming was done in locations like Ramoji Film City, Hydebrad, and Yaganti Temple in Vizag.
