Mihir Shah an Indian economist and son of Rajesh Shah is involved in a hit-and-run incident involving Kaveri Nakhwa. The victim was run over and dragged for 1.5 kilometres near the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. Reports say that Mihir Shah the accused escaped from the police investigation with the help of his father, Rajesh Shah who is Shiv Sena Party leader from Palghar.

Mihir Shah’s hideout location was nowhere to be found. Following the incident, images of his life-less victim and his car went viral online.
The Mumbai police released the CCTV footage showcasing that the victim was hit and dragged by the BMW car for 1.5 kilometres.
The footage also shows Mihir Shah and Rajrishi Bidawat taking down the woman from the bonnet, placing her on the road and then reversing the car to run over her again.
The officials confirmed that Mumbai police had formed 11 teams and also included the Crime Branch to apprehend Mihir Shah.
