Manchu Manoj is an Indian movie actor known for his work in the Tollywood film industry. He began his acting career as a child artist in the 1993 Telugu film Major Chandrakanth directed by K Raghavendra Rao. In 2004, he took on his first leading role in Donga Dongadi movie directed by Subramaniam Siva which also earned him the CineMAA Award for Best Male Debut Actor. He also appeared in several successful films like Sri, Raju Bhai, Nenu Meeku Telusa…?, Prayanam, Bindaas, Vedam, and more. After 8 years break from the film industry, he is set to return to the big screen in the highly anticipated film Mirai, where he plays the character The Black Sword.
