Lucy Meacock is a British reporter and actress known for TV series such as Extremely Dangerous, Goodbye Cruel World, and Inspector Morse. She became famous for being the ITV Granada presenter. She began her career as a presenter at Tyne Tees TV with Miners Strike News in 1984. Besides presenting the headlines she became one after she announced her retirement from ITV Granda. She has served as the lead presenter at the ITV News Granda Reports for 36 years, and her announcement received goodbye messages from several fans and celebrities in the television industry.
