LIK marks the Tamil debut of lovely Telugu actress Krithi Shetty, who got her fame from the film Uppena. Vignesh Shivan and Lalit Kumar joined hands once again in this film after their previous success in the Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal movie. On 14 December 2023, the shooting for Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) commenced with a grand pooja ceremony.

The first single Dheema was released on Anirudh Ravichander’s birthday (October 16, 2024), and instantly became a hit among the fans. LIK aka Love Insurance Kompany director Vignesh Shivan himself penned the lyrics for the Dheema song starring Pradeep Ranganathan, S J Suryah, Krithi Shetty, Yogi Babu, and Seeman.
The makers unveiled the first look poster Pradeep Ranganathan’s birthday which increased the expectations of the fans and audience. Based on the poster, the film might be based on a fun and romantic love story that is happening in the futuristic world.
