LIK marks the Tamil debut of lovely Telugu actress Krithi Shetty, who got her fame from the film Uppena. Vignesh Shivan and Lalit Kumar joined hands once again in this film after their previous success in the Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal movie. On 14 December 2023, the shooting for Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) commenced with a grand pooja ceremony.
