Kulwinder Kaur is a CISF Personnel who was in the news for slapping actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut at Chandigarh Airport. She attacked Kangana for disrespecting her mother, who was sitting at the farmer’s Protest when Kangana said the protesters sat for Rs 100. Her brother, Sher Singh Maliwal, is a farmer leader and the organization secretary of the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee. While speaking to the media, he said the argument started during the checking and stated that whatever his sister did, they stood by her.
Kangana is not only an actress but also a sitting MP from Mandi now. As a result of her actions, CISF suspended Kulwinder Kaur and filed a police complaint against her.
Reason Behind The Attack
Kulwinder Kaur said, “Kangana Ranaut made a statement that farmers were protesting in Delhi because they were paid ₹100 or ₹200. At the time, my mother was one of the protesters,” Kulwinder Kaur purportedly heard saying in the video.”
