Jeb Stephen Raj is one of the admins of the infamous torrent website Tamilrockers. He was arrested while recording Dhanush’s 50th movie Raayan, in Aries Plex SL Cinemas located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The complaint was filed by actor Prithviraj Sukumaran’s wife, Supriya Menon, to Kerala Cybercrime following the pirated version of her film Guruvayur Ambalanadayil was leaked a day after its theatrical release. The cops red-handed Tamilrockers admin Jeb Stephen Raj while recording the film with a high-end mobile in the market worth more than a lakh.

He confessed that he received 5000 rupees from Tamil Rockers for every movie he uploaded.
In the press conference, the police said that Jeb used the cup holder in the seats to set his phone straight to record the movie without anyone noticing.
