Cori Bush is an American politician, nurse, pastor, and African American activist. She is serving as the US representative for Missouri’s 1st congressional district. He defeated Lacy Clay in the 2020 US House of Representatives primary election as a member of the Democratic Party. Cori made the news after she was defeated by Wesley Bell for Missouri’s First District Congressional Seat.
