Bala Latha is a former deputy director at the Ministry of Defense. She made the headlines when she cracked the UPSC civil service exams twice in 2004 and 2016. People began to notice her more and more after she decided to guide hundreds of UPSC aspirants to crack their civil service exams, and most of them are now serving the nation.
