Highlights

  • Triptii Dimri gave a stunning performance with her on-screen partners, Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk.
  • Even though the film was branded as a romantic comedy, the sad and weeping scenes in the second half created an impact on the audience.

Bad Newz has successfully landed in theatres with a grand welcome on July 19, 2024. Vicky Kaushal, Ammy Virk, and Triptii Dimri gave an uncanny performance to mark a milestone in their career. The film mainly talks about a woman’s freedom in the world, and it also raises lots of concerns about the message it was indirectly implying. The director delivers the story with a neat screenplay, which makes the film a blockbuster hit. Due to its fun and hilarious story, the makers have started receiving requests from the viewers for the OTT release. Overall, I enjoyed the movie, and undoubtedly, it is a perfect weekend entertainer.

Bad Newz Review

This romantic comedy-drama was directed by Anand Tiwari. Music directors like Rochak Kohli, Vishal Mishra, DJ Chetas-Lijo George, Prem-Hardeep, Karan Aujla, and Abhijeet Srivastava composed the songs. Dharma Productions, Leo Media Collective, and Amazon Prime bankrolled the flick.

What’s Good?

  • The adorable competition of the male leads is fun to watch.
  • The first half is full of cheery, fun, sparkly, and comedy scenes.

What’s Bad?

  • It felt like the meaning of feminism is mistold in a few scenes.
  • The second half is full of sadness, and it’s pretty hard to watch.
