Anunaya Jha is an IAS officer from New Delhi. He was inspired to become an IAS officer by his father, who served as an IRS officer, and his maternal grandfather, who was also an IPS officer and served as DGP of Bihar. Anunaya cleared his UPSC exam (2013) on the first attempt, secured 145th rank, and became an IRS officer. He again attempted the exam in 2014 and secured the 57th rank to become an IAS officer.
