Ajmal Ameer is an Indian actor, model, and former physician who predominantly works in South Indian films. He made his acting debut as a supporting actor in the movie titled February 14, which was released in 2005. After that, he played a lead role in the Malayalam movie Pranayakalam alongside Vimala Raman. However, he became famous in the Anjathe movie under the direction of Mysskin. The role of Kiruba was well appreciated by the audience, and he received several awards for his outstanding performance.
Then, he appeared in various Malayalam films like Madambi, Loham, and Two Countries, which went unnoticed. Therefore, he made a comeback in the Ko movie (2011) in a negative role, which gained him a lot of appreciation. After a long time, he appeared in the Nertrikann movie (2021) in the role of the psycho killer alongside actress Nayanthara. He plays one of the main characters in Thalapathy Vijay’s GOAT movie, directed by Venkat Prabhu.
