Vanangaan is an action thriller movie directed by ace filmmaker Bala, who also co-produced it. Suresh Kamatchi bankrolled the film under the B Studios and V House Productions banners. The star cast features Arun Vijay and Roshni Prakash in the lead roles, with Mysskin, Ridha, and Samuthirakani in the supporting roles.
Initially, actors Suriya and Mamitha Baiju were planned to play the main roles, and the project was supposed to be produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment banner. But in December 2022, director Bala announced that Suriya and his production house were no longer part of this project. Later, in March 2023, Arun Vijay and Roshini Prakash were replaced as the lead actors.
The teaser for the film was released on 19 February 2024, and it received a huge response from moviegoers. The filmmakers haven’t unveiled the release date yet, but it is expected to be released in late 2024.

The makers have unveiled the Vanagaan movie trailer on July 8, 2024. The 1 minute and 56 seconds video shows several scenes that put the character of the protagonist in question, which results him in killing several people and landing in prison. How this all works out will be the entirety of the Vanagaan movie.
