SJ Suryah is a versatile Indian actor, director, producer, and music composer who primarily works in the Tamil film industry, with a few Telugu and Hindi films. In 1999, he made his directorial debut with the blockbuster film Vaali, which gave him a unique place in Kollywood. He stepped into the acting venture in 1988 with the Nethiyadi movie and gained recognition for his sci-fi comedy-drama New. In 2024, SJ Suryah became famous for his villain roles in films like Spyder, Mersal, Don, Raayan, Mark Antony, and Saripodhaa Sanivaaram. He is all set to make his Malayalam debut with Fahadh Faasil’s film directed by Vipin Das.
