Amrutha Pranay aka Amrutha Varshini is the daughter of Tarunagiri Maruthi Rao, a well-known Indian businessman and YouTuber. Against the wishes of their families, she married a Dalit guy named Pranay Kumar. Her life gained widespread attention after her father was implicated in the tragic murder of her husband Perumalla Pranay Kumar in 2018. At the time of the murder, Amrutha was pregnant with Perumalla’s kid and gave birth to their son exactly on their wedding day.
In the aftermath of Pranay’s murder, Amrutha created the Justice For Pranay Facebook group, which garnered global support from people advocating for justice. Amrutha now runs an online business called Pranams where she offers a variety of stylish apparel. She also owns a self-titled YouTube channel with more than 628K subscribers and shares videos based on lifestyle and vlogs.
