Chum Darang is an Indian model, actress, and social activist primarily known for her appearance in the 2022 movie Badhaai Do. She has also appeared in other notable flicks like Amazon Prime’s Paatal Lok and Alia Bhatt’s Gangubai Kathiawadi. Before her acting career, she was a celebrity in pageant shows. Chum started her pageant career in 2007 and later appeared in competitions like AAPSU 2010, Miss Earth India 2016, Miss Himalaya, and Miss Asia World 2017. She is a participant in Colors TV’s Bigg Boss Hindi Season 18, hosted by Salman Khan. Chum lashed out at her housemate Shehzada for his comment “aapke udhar ki haina” saying “Aapke udhar ki matlab.” The clip of their argument has gone viral on social media platforms.
