Christian Dingus is a 28-year-old guy who was assaulted by Shake Shack employees for being g*y. He claims that while waiting for his order inside the restaurant premises he kissed his boyfriend, and a worker came up to them and asked them to stop. He also mentioned that in a heated argument, the restaurant employees started pushing and dragging him to the back to repeatedly punch him in the head.

The video shows Christian being shoved and punched in his head by two guys in a black Shake Shack T-shirt and later two more guys wearing the same dress approached to do the same thing to him.
He filed a case against the restaurant employees and the police are investigating it as a hate crime.
