Jonathan Lewis is a 17-year-old student who was beaten to death by a gang of bullies in November 2023. After the incident, he was found badly beaten and became unconscious. Soon after, Lewis was hospitalized and placed on life support. After six days, he died due to brain death, and the cause of death was blunt force trauma.
Recently, the 4 teens who were accused of his murder filed a plea deal for the lesser charge of manslaughter. Unexpectedly, the Clark County District Attorney accepted the plea deal on August 2, 2024. Lewis’s mother was horrified by this approval and said that there was no justice for my son Jonathan Lewis.
