Corey Comperatore was an engineer and a volunteer firefighter. He served as a tooling engineer at JSP and as a Chief at the Buffalo Township Volunteer Fire Company. He is one of the victims of Thomas Matthew Crook‘s failed assassination attempt on Donald Trump. When Crook fired eight shots into the rally venue he became a human shield for his family got shot in his head and died instantly. Trump expressed his condolence to Comperatore’s wife Helen and attended his private funeral.
