Pandiraj is an Indian film director, writer, and producer, who predominantly works in the Tamil film industry. He made his directional debut with the 2009 blockbuster film Pasanga, which received critical acclaim and won several awards, including the National Film Award for Best Screenplay. Besides direction, he also played a key role in introducing many actors and technicians across various sectors of Tamil cinema.
In 2012, he created his production banner named Pasanga Production and produced Marina, which marked the debut film for Sivakarthikeyan. After a two-year break from the film industry, he teamed up with Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menen for an untitled project that has provoked considerable excitement among his fans.
